SkribOS turns voice notes, audio files, and videos — plus Dropbox links — into clean transcripts with AI summaries. Sign up with an email address and record or upload straight from the browser, or add the Telegram bot to a chat and let it transcribe as you go. One account either way, one searchable archive, and Claude connected to all of it.
This is the bot replying in a Telegram chat. Click the buttons to switch between the summary and the full transcript — the same transcript is waiting in your web archive.
Hey team, quick update on the launch while it's fresh. We're going to move feature freeze from Wednesday to Friday. Two extra days won't blow the ship date, and it gives us space to land the onboarding polish everyone liked in beta.
Speaking of beta — the feedback on onboarding has been really good. People are getting to the first transcription in under two minutes, which is exactly what we wanted. The import flow is the opposite story. Three separate testers bounced off it. We need to rework that before we go wide.
On capacity — I'm worried about QA. We've got enough coverage for the happy path but nothing for the edge cases, and the last thing we want is a bad launch review because of a regression we missed. I'd rather bring in a contractor for two weeks than slip the date.
Marco, can you own that? Reach out to the folks we used last quarter and have someone lined up by Monday. Anna, the import flow is yours — take the beta notes and do a quick teardown, then propose the fix in our Wednesday sync.
Last thing — I want us to share the beta metrics in Tuesday's all-hands. Especially the time-to-first-value numbers. People across the company have been asking how it's going, and we should show them.
That's it. Reply with any blockers. Otherwise I'll assume we're green.
Sign up at app.skribos.com with just an email address — we mail you a one-time code, there's no password to pick. Or start @SkribOSBot in Telegram instead. Either way you get 20 welcome minutes to try it.
Record straight from the browser, drag in audio and video files, or paste a Dropbox link. On Telegram, send the bot a voice note, or add it to a group and the whole chat gets transcribed automatically.
Transcripts and summaries land in your account — and in the chat, if that's where it came from. Browse and search them in the web app, or connect Claude to analyse them.
Sign up at app.skribos.com with an email address and a one-time code. Record from the page, drag in files, file transcripts into folders, and share one with a link. Telegram is a way in, not the only one.
Signed up on the web and want the bot in your chats? Started on Telegram and want to sign in with an email? Connect the other one from Settings — same account, same quota, same archive.
Powered by the latest transcription models. Filler words removed, natural paragraphs, multiple speakers detected.
Every transcript comes with a TLDR, key points grouped by topic, and a clear list of action items. Skim first, read later.
Drop the bot into a group and every voice note from anyone gets transcribed automatically. One person can own the quota for the whole chat.
Connect the bot to your account with Telegram's Chat Automation and voice notes in your 1:1 chats are transcribed automatically, right in the conversation — yours, your contact's, or both. No forwarding, no app-switching.
Everything you've ever transcribed, from every source, in one place. Tag sessions, file them into folders, search the full text, and read transcripts in a clean view outside the chat.
SkribOS ships with an MCP server. Connect Claude.ai, Claude Code, or Claude Desktop and ask it anything across all your transcripts — patterns, summaries, quotes, assignments you owe.
Up to 2 GB on paid plans, whether you upload it in the browser or send it to the bot. Voice notes, MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC, MP4, MKV, MOV, video notes, and audio files. Or paste a Dropbox link and we'll fetch and transcribe it.
Pro transcripts are playable. Click any timestamp in the transcript to jump straight to that moment, follow the line that's playing, and scrub a two-hour recording without downloading it. Recordings are kept by default — Keep audio sets how long, per chat — and included in a share link only when you choose to add it.
Sign up with an email address and a one-time code — there's no password for us to store. Or sign up through Telegram and we never see an email at all. Either way, no credit card is shared with us. Recordings are kept so you can play them back against the transcript, and a chat can set that to a shorter window — or off, which deletes them right after transcription.
People use SkribOS for very different kinds of audio. Here's what it looks like for a few of them — the same account, the same archive, the same Claude integration underneath.
Your coach sends voice notes worth hundreds of dollars. SkribOS transcribes every one, saves it to your archive, and lets Claude analyse months of sessions to surface assignments, patterns, and the things you keep avoiding.
See how coaching clients use SkribOS →Forward recorded meetings or async voice updates into a group with the bot. Get summaries with decisions, owners, and next steps — without anyone taking notes.
Transcribe hours of long-form audio. Search the transcript for a quote, tag episodes, and export clean copy to your editor or show notes.
Record or forward lectures into the bot. Skim the summary before the exam, search the full transcript, and let Claude turn each session into flashcards.
Capture interviews on the go from your phone. Transcripts stay private in your account, organised by tag, and ready to cite in your notes.
Hit record in the app, or talk to yourself in a private chat with the bot. Every idea becomes a transcript you can search later — or hand to Claude to turn into an outline or doc.
